Items are usually delivered to your door within 1-2 working days in the the republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK. Items will take between 2-3 working days to countries in the EU.
We generally ship items before 5pm on weekdays to guarantee delivery within the given timeframes.
Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Orders fulfilled before 12pm will be dispatched and shipped on the same day to ensure next day delivery. Keep in mind this only applies within the Republic of Ireland and that not all items qualify for next day delivery.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@duhaclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage fees are not paid for by us excluding instances where we send out a wrong item, color, size, etc.

Unfortunately, unless we are notified early and the order has not yet shipped, we cannot amend or cancel the order once it has been shipped. Please ensure you double check your order before placing it.
Yes, we currently offer one pick-up location in Limerick City. Please reach out to us for further details.
The size of the Thobe or Abaya is its length in inches. Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page for additional information on which size correlates with your height.
